Workaround for App Crashing
This app has not worked since the update to 2.4.4. I called support and the woman told me they were aware of the situation but they did not know when it would be fixed. She gave me this workaround to reset the app and it worked:
Double click the app icon while holding fn + option + shift
It will ask if you want to reset the app, say yes, then you can log in as usual.
This worked for me.
